Driving Directions

The building is located across from the new Federal Courthouse, on the south side of Stewart Street. The main pedestrian entrance to the building is on Seventh Avenue between Olive and Stewart. The building’s garage entrance is on Stewart Street, between Seventh Avenue and Eighth Avenue. Stewart Street is a one-way street heading west.

Driving Directions – Approaching

  1. Northbound I-5 traffic – Exit at the Madison St/Convention Place exit.  Stay straight to go on 7th Avenue, turn right on Madison St., left on 8th Avenue, left on Stewart St, then left into the building garage.
  2. Southbound traffic - Exit at the Stewart Street exit (Exit 166), stay straight on Stewart St, then turn left into the building garage.
  3. Westbound I-90 traffic – Take the I-5 North exit (Exit 2C).  Follow directions for northbound I-5 traffic.
  4. Westbound 520 traffic – Take the I-5 South exit on the left.  Follow directions for southbound I-5 traffic.

Driving Directions – Leaving

  1. Northbound I-5 – Exit garage on Stewart Street, turn left on 7th Avenue, left onto Olive Way, and veer right at the “Y” intersection to remain on Olive.  Follow signs LEFT onto I-5 North.
  2. Southbound I-5 – Exit garage on Stewart Street, turn left on 7th Avenue, left on Olive Way and veer left at the “Y” intersection onto Howell Street.    Turn RIGHT at Yale onto I--5 South. 
  3. 520 East – Follow directions to I-5 North.  Take the Bellevue/Kirkland exit to 520 East.
  4. I-90 East – Follow directions to I-5 South.  Move left 2 lanes; follow signs to I-90 East.
